POLICY ON ITEMS PURCHASED THROUGH THE MAD MONNIE WEBSITE
Postage
- If you wish to include insurance
(we recommend) add $2.35 (that will cover insurance up to $100)
within Australia.
- The checkout process will
automatically calculate postage according to the weight, destination
and method of postage (i.e. courier option for overnight delivery
available).
- If insurance is not taken, mad
monnie will not be held responsible for loss or damage that
occurs to the item through the postage process.
- Your item will be posted to the
address shown on the account details so please ensure that this is
updated and correct.
- All emails will be sent to the
email address registered with mad monnie - no other email
address will be used. Item will be posted out within 48hours of
receipt of monies into the bank account or when the Money Order is
received. I will send out an email to you when the goods have been
posted off.
- Overseas orders to advise
location and postal code details for a final quote and final
invoice.
